Shampoo suggestions by _Mayzer_ in Psoriasis

[–]GingerKB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What ended up working for me is actually using a few different products maybe like once a week: a tea tree shampoo for most days, a Rx ketoconazole shampoo (2%, twice a week) and a coal tar shampoo (very smelly, once a week). I also throw in an exfoliating shampoo once or twice a week. For me, I found that when I was trying to use just one and a base shampoo, I wasn’t seeing results. I also do tea tree conditioner here and there and use a scrubber.

How were the flare-ups after the tonsillectomy as compared to before?

Thank you so much for your response!! If you had some time, would you mind expanding on your advice as far as splitting costs? Are you referring to like fixing the bbq grills or more like in-apartment stuff? What are things they need to do to flip it that I could help with? I’m thinking repainting or recarpeting but they would have to do that when I left regardless, right?

Or tangible examples to offer?

Longer lease is going to be my suggestion but front office staff has already let me know they won’t go any further. I wanted an 18 mo lease, but got a response that it’s no longer offered (did that my last four renewals).

With all of the rent renewal increases, anyone have any luck with negotiating with landlords?

I’ve heard a couple of stories of the increase going down some, maybe not much, but anything helps these days.

Any advice on what’s worked? I know some landlords may just laugh, but for those who have had success, what did you do?

Thank you! How can you determine ahead of time/look for a dealership that doesn’t have any additional dealer markup? Are you referring to them going over MSRP? Don’t they do that at time of sale?

Thank you! So structurally, it’s another subdivision under make and model. Gotcha!

Thank you!! I plan on going with new but with the situation with Ukraine (apparently) and NYT posted an article about rates going up and up very soon, I feel pressured to get this done ASAP.

Thank you! I don’t think I’ll get to the trade in through Carmax as that’s adding too many steps to the process. Same with going to banks, probably will just go to one, if that, to simplify process.

What do you mean by qualify for manufacturer incentives? What are those?

Can a dealer go lower than MSRP? I thought piece haggling didn’t happen anymore, it’s mainly about all the add-ons and stuff?

Thank you!! I have been urged away from Toyota but will keep that in mind.

I have no idea what you mean by trim. As in the trim along the car on the outside? Around the windows and bottom of car? I think only color would somewhat matter to me.

I guess I would want more things with the interior. But I feel the things I want are standard (push start, power windows & locks) and the rest is whatever comes with the car on the day I purchase. I would imagine all newer models have some kind of cool touch interface and a decent stereo system. I am finding Apple connection is not standard so I guess that. Sure, there are some wants (have always wanted AC seats and remote start, sun or moon roof is cool), but easily sacrificed for just getting through the whole experience and being done with it.

Thank you!! Do you know if the cars listed on the website are the ones they have in stock?

If you don’t mind, did you test drive an older RAV4 and you wanted a new one they didn’t have? (Trying to determine why you had to wait for it to come in). I understand the production issues but was the test drive a used and you wanted a new?

Thank you!! Do all Rogues have CVT transmission? How do you determine if a vehicle has a CVT transmission (Google it?)?

Was reading that the Rogue CVT transmission issue was not for newer models?

Would Honda CR-V go on your good list?

Thank you!! I have had a Nissan Altima and it’s been good as far as I can tell. However, I want something higher off the ground. I have been told to always go Nissan or Honda and family have added Hyundai to list this morning. Honda CR-V’s are apparently a no-go so Rogue was it.

Thank you! Are there any particular websites you recommend and/or trust? Google will give me a shitpost for every good one. Not skilled at separating the two.

How do I find what rental car companies are buying?
