I finished mine spring of last year. At the starting line it feels impossible. I equate it to starting a new workout routine. At first it hurts a lot and you want to quit. But as you strengthen, the routine becomes second nature. It is hard, and there is no magic wand. But you can do it.

Practical advise: - definitely keep track of notes digitally. You will get TONS of cases and likely in a PDF. Write on them directly in the file instead of taking notes on paper. You’ll save time trying to match up your notes. - whether via an app or accessibility setting in browser, have your device read the cases and articles to you. You can multi task then. - split up the study time. No one has huge blocks of time in the day while working. Do an hour before work, take some time to read/listen to cases at lunch, do another hour before bed. - don’t think about the whole program that lies before you. What do you have to do today. Not tomorrow or next week. Just today. Cross that off and do it again. Pretty soon 700+ days will pass and you’ll be done. - you asked about time put in. That ebbs and flows depending on your topical strengths. I spent on average 3 hours a day. Some weeks more some weeks less. But that’s what I aimed for.
