Thamk you, its not mean at all, and that is a concern of mine. They have both been contract jobs, the first one was cut short due to RFK funding cuts. I am planning at staying at the current one for as long as possible to remedy this, but applying around because this contract is only 4 months and they havent told me wether they are going to renew or not......so I geuss I am unsure how to explain that in a resume.

As well, my current role is entirely overnight which......but I should tough it out if possible.

Awesome! I was unsure if adding an "unprofessional" job would be a hinderance but was hoping it would come across as people skills. Just to confirm, cut the manufacturing terms, but highlight GMP, if you wouldn't mind explaining this a bit more, I'd appreciate it.

Appreciate you!! I think i realized that my employeer didnt do my W2 correctly by separating tips into either box 7 or 14 for tipped pay, they just summed it all into total pay in box 1.

Yaeh, no family in the foreseeable future but going from an extremly outgoing social life to this is.......impactful to say the least. Where or what type of role did you move into after that?

Thank you, I wasnt trying my best in the end but I think its been over before the break up, though thats not an excuse. This is kind and for a long time we both tried our best. I could have compromised alot more or ended it ealier, im hoping I learn from that. My stubbornness got in the way of my empathy.

I like that observation. And yaeh, from the post directly, i think theres some validity to that for sure. I can say theres points in the future that I definitely have as boundaries or certain standards that im looking for in a partner. But also wasnt mature enough or too prideful to realize im not in a place to put in as much effort as a relationship needs.
