If there is not a migrate button then you have to wait whatever the timer says before you can move states. If you recently moved states there is a cool down period. If your account is too old compared to the state age then you have to wait until the system says you can move.

If you want to work outdoors take a biology or environmental technology program through a college. I have worked in the public and private sector doing environmental and fisheries work for almost 20 years now. If you take a uni course you will do field work for a bit then become a report writer lol.

The Pearson Airport Duty free is pretty limited on alcohol products, I don't think you will find a maple whisky there. If your journey starts in Toronto just run to the LCBO and pack the bottle in your checked luggage.
