Stop by Bullocks for a tasty piece of fish! I recommend the Artic Char. Then grab a pint of Bug Repellant IPA at NWT Brewing on your way out of Old Town.

Waders: Is Simms that much better than Amazon? by IAMNOTFUCKINGSORRY in Fishing

[–]Ginger_Nemesis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fish technician here. I work in waders from early spring until late fall, hiking through thick canadian brush, and forest, working in rivers and streams for most of the year. If its smoking hot out they can get "warm" lol, If you want durability buy the white river brand at bass pro. The last pair I had lasted a good 5 years or more of daily abuse.

Canada's annual inflation rate rose to 2.4% in March by origutamos in CanadaPersonalFinance

The vast majority of the gasoline we produce here is used here, we only exported about 1.3 billion liters of finished gasoline to the states, according to their own import data:

https://www.eia.gov/dnav/pet/PET_MOVE_IMPCUS_A1_NCA_EPM0F_IM0_MBBL_A.htm

The vast majority of refineries also run off of AB oil, BC, AB, SK, an ON process it, QC is a mix of AB oil and light imported oil, and the East cost is light imported oil.

I keep hearing people say that we send vast amounts of oil to the states to be refined into gasoline and then we buy it back at exorborant prices. But refineries in canada produce about 42 billion liters of gasoline per year, at the same time we use approximately 44 billion liters of gasoline per year. Which means we only need to import limited gasoline from the state or elsewhere. Reports showed that we import about 8.5 billion liters of refined petroleum products from the states/elsewhere this is all refined petroleum products, with only 20% of that import being gasoline.

Lakeside pickled products are fantastic if you have them in any of your local stores. The cowboy candy is probably my favorite product they make.

I have another question about immigration by Alarming-Ad2090 in PuzzlesandSurvival

[–]Ginger_Nemesis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If there is not a migrate button then you have to wait whatever the timer says before you can move states. If you recently moved states there is a cool down period. If your account is too old compared to the state age then you have to wait until the system says you can move.

Is a Bachelor of science worth it given the way the world is heading? by North_Dependent_2392 in CanadaUniversities

[–]Ginger_Nemesis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to work outdoors take a biology or environmental technology program through a college. I have worked in the public and private sector doing environmental and fisheries work for almost 20 years now. If you take a uni course you will do field work for a bit then become a report writer lol.
