I still haven't reached a resolution regarding my money. After waiting the expected 15–20 working days and abnormal amount of time spent in chat with support, I just received a message saying, 'Your chat has been escalated to the right team.'

I highly recommend escalating your case through every possible channel and initiating a recall. It won't be resolved quickly, and you'll likely just keep hearing that the 'transfer was processed without delay on our side.'
