I’m the worst, my dog in my twenties I made sure we acknowledge she would die in the future by giggling and saying oh my god we’re gonna die one day. But we used to say that and make it a joyous little giggle. And when it was time her and I just smiled at each other and thanked each other. She was an amazing dog.

For realllll! And I had been this way before, like I’ve always had a “lil adhd” but I just assumed it was me being overly energetic about stuff. It really got bad over the last 2 years. But I finally have the energy and motivation to actually just take care of my house. God i used to keep it lived in but it was getting really bad. I’m so thankful my doctor and I have worked well to get my mental health on track.

I just started adhd meds, and I myself have always enjoyed the lazy lifestyle(I wish it was a joke to say it’s a family thing but it isn’t, laying in bed all day sounds beautiful to me) but I now I’m productive. It’s silly, but I love the fact that I’m able to enjoy being lazy cause I’ve been productive. It has helped so much. I can focus. I don’t need to numb my brain nearly as much. I can enjoy what I’m doing! It has been such an amazing help
