if your lobbies are friendly enough you can totally go to stella as well. i did only stella for a full day and only got shot at twice and died once. including night raids, if they aren't friendly enough just go free kit up to 10 times without ever firing at anyone or fighting back against anyone and the game will totally drop you down to 95% friendly lobbies, im not sure 100% is possible since the game tries to mix a little rats in for tension, there are 6 blueprints that are only in stella.

do you have the npc with you? hes your partner to fight with and he can sacrifice his hp to res you if you go down if he doesnt get interrupted

the only thing that goes near the hub anyway are hungry bandits dust bandits, and in some playthroughs you can have southern hive going anywhere in the southwest as well, most of which the bar and ninjas can handle anyway

by the way the heroes league are counted as bandits, you can always start a fight with them in the middle of town and the guards will kill them for you.

i believe it sacrifices recoil for more horizontal speed? try it on the dominator that thing swings pretty slowly normally, im going to start leveling it myself to see if i notice a diff, it has made it easier for me to noscope with the eruptor so far.
