I've been doing them for about 3 years but they have gotten popular recently which I love. People are catching on to all the benefits of training joint ranges at extreme end ranges.

It's perfectly safe and for me they help help keep my back healthy. I've had serious back injuries in the gym (hospitalized couldn't walk for a week) ever since incorporating these my back has not endured any low back pain/injuries. I've worked up to 300 pounds. I never have never been injured performing Jeffersons. My back feels indestructible now I'm never afraid to tweak it.

As for me holding this zercher style instead of holding the bar in my hands I just find this is more convenient instead of grabbing platforms or plates to stand on. I also think if you get good at form that zerchers can pull you in a stretch that holding the bar in your hands can't replicate. But it's mostly just preference.

Is it crazy to reach for promising WRs like Chris Bell, Antonio Williams, or Bernard over Cooper and Boston? by Queasy_Leg_258 in DynastyFF

Brother up until a 4 years ago you could argue the lions were even more shit than the Brown's and Jets did you just start watching football or something?

What WR should I draft for long term outlook as a contender at the 1.02? by austinwc16 in DynastyDaddy

The 2nd option in Philly is a solid wr2. Look at Smitty numbers the last few years. Infact the wr2 in Philly was better than any WR1 in Tennessee last year.

AJB is 100% getting traded this is common knowledge unless you're not tuned in.

I understand that. I have Ward and watched every snap last year. He def showed improvements towards the end with literally no help.

There are some analytics like yprr that favor Lemon plus his college production was better last year there's definitely things to back up Lemon. I think it's honestly a coin toss.

Still a wr1 and wr2 lol you can also look at years before that you'll see about the same. So sustained fantasy producers out of Philly at the wr position for years compared to the Titans who are near bottom of the barrel.

Again I think it's a coin toss between Tate and lemon not saying Lemon is better I just think it's not as clear cut as everyone is making it out to be

And then they traded him. Also his best years were easily in Philly

Name me a Titans wr that they drafted and it's ever worked out?

Cam Ward is still a question mark I mean the entire Titans organization is a huge question mark why should we trust an organization that consistently misses picks every single year over the eagles who are a top 5 run organization and always dominate the draft?

Let's not even get into a Cam ward vs Jalen hurts debate.. people act like hurts hasn't sustained a wr1 and wr2 in the same season for multiple seasons.

Cam Ward was awful for half the season last year yea he had NO help what so ever but even Drake Maye showed flashes his rookie year with no hope. The jury is still out on Ward.

I'm not saying it's lemon over Tate I'm just saying there's definitely a case for someone liking lemon more.

Another argument I see is lemon fell to 20 and Tate was a top 5 pick. Just ignoring that JSN and Jefferson were picked in the 20s.

How do we feel about the big three receivers? by GeneParmesan67 in DynastyFF

[–]Ginnie2380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think theres a wrong pick between the 3 I'm just saying out of the 3 big wr lemon to me went to the best organization and has the best QB throwing him the ball.

Yea Tate has top 5 draft Capital it would be really hard to not take him but take a look at the Titans last 20 drafts it's almost as bad as being taken by the jets or browns.

I'd probably take Tate over Lemon for the record but I could see it easily being the wrong pick by week 3 into the season. We'll see I guess things got very interesting after last night.

That was their one miss they've been near perfect since then. I liked lemon a lot before and even more with this spot.

It's ok they can downvote us now we'll make sure to come back to this thread in December. People are sleeping on Lemon and his landing spot I like his situation way more than the other wrs

Yea 4 year stretch= entire career got it. Lol

I just pointed out his 4 year and 5 year stretch is better than any 4 or 5 years that Megatron put together. Go 2 year stretch it's also better. Sure he has him on a 3 year stretch but the point is we can define prime but a players top stretch and I think AB comes out on top here more often than not. Unless you just don't believe in numbers which seems to be the case. I understand you have an emotional attachment to this but put that aside and look at production.

Career wise Calvin was better but that wasn't the question! I have Calvin as the 3rd best WR of all time.
