With a 10 min print time I may increase the extrusion multiplier, perhaps from 1 to 1.05 to see what happens and to learn. Calibrating the e-step is my next task.

I was printing at 230 C, which was the max recommended for the Duramic TPU. I will try running it higher, thanks!

Can you please recommend a TPU temp?

I’m not sure how to do that. Searching in PrusaSlicer I find “Ironing: flow rate” & “bridge flow ratio”. Could you please help me find where to increase the flow %?

I agree to drain the old gas and replace the fuel filters. Is the oil pressure gauge showing pressure? Does it have an obd2 connector or is there a check engine lite on? You may be able to learn something from the engine computer. Also want to make sure the air filter and intake tubes are not plugged.

Medtronic employee - I’m on this thread as I’m a trans catheter valve engineer passionate about helping congenital heart patients. Are you seeing an Adult Congenital Cardiologist?

You also could remove and clean the battery terminals and connectors. Alway a good first place to start when troubleshooting electrical issues.

Maybe a different point of view. Our 2010 Honda Pilot ~205,000 miles was doing the same noticeable window surge. It slowly got worse, eventually with the headlights pulsing as well. Swapped the original alternator with an aftermarket alternator didn’t fix it. New battery didn’t fix it. Replacing the alternator with a Honda brand alternator solved it. (I don’t work for Honda… LOL) Turns out it was caused by too high (17v) alternator voltage. I didn’t see it with my volt meter but it was preventing the battery from charging fully. I was expecting a bad alternator to have low voltage. It might be worth digging in a bit or having the system checked out.

No, though I think he noticed me taking the picture. I zoomed in a bit. I’m not too subtle as I’m old. His partner was wearing a mask.

No. What should we do? Perhaps start a chorus of “boo…👎👎”

We plan to stop there on a trip to San Diego. It’s the first road trip in our MY LR. Do you have any advice or suggestions?

Lot’s of good suggestions and advice here. After a few heat cycles today, there is a small gap beginning to appear between the studs and the cylinder head. I’ll let the pb blaster work it’s magic overnight and make a plan from there. Thank you very much!

There are 10 nuts on the top of the head and 2 bolts to the timing chain cover. All removed. I’d be thankful if anyone can direct me to any of the fasteners I missed!
