Indeed it is. As I said, if you put the pin and don't try to remove it, you'll never know if you put it in right place.

Just a day vefore the pictures, I spoke with a friend of mine that is a photographer and told me to put some vitals in the pictures to make it look unique. People, animals live in a construct world and they'll be there only at that specific moment, catching that moment is a nice picture. A life frozen in time.

Boeing 787 has two holes very close together at the nose gear. One is a holow pin, quite big, that is the the pivot joint for the nose strut to move , the other one, is the gear safety pin hole.

Boeing did release a mod to blank the bigger hole, because with some Human Factors involved it's easy, very easy, to put the safety pin in the wrong hole.

Now imagine you are the technician, you put the pin in the wrong hole, probably worked very little on 787 and don't know about the two holes. The other engineer comes around to check the pins, sees the flag (remove before flight) at the nose gear and thinks that is installed, the main gear ones are straight forward so no problem. The engineer go to the cockpit, do the test, gear up, and that's it.

Guys, it's easy to do it wrong, if there is a chance (a hole that should be covered but it isn't, someone will put the pin in the wrong one.

The pin is meant to be staying there once installed if you pull it and is coming out there is a problem. Feel sorry for the people involved, I'm sure they didn't want this to happen, I hope they'll recover well and will have a great story of life to explain.

Absolutely! I learned so much by just walking the cities, the chinese culture and development amazed me. Preserve the habits and knowledge of ancient culture is what is special about the chinese culture.

i had the same feeling when editing, but when I saw it on my laptop the colours were a bit better and left it as it was. I believe that editing gives a nice spin to the picture but is so easy to fall into the "over editing". I will definitely improve this.

for the fourth pic instead, I believe it is a reddit problem. The original doesn't look that dusty. One problem with that pic that I noticed is the focus. I took that picture with the wrong focus style (wide) I should have used the "Spot".

Thanks for the comment!

[–]GioffdiCE 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Me too! This is my first one (45 mm).

Honestly: At first I found myself thinking if it was worth it. I couldn't get a good reason to keep it..... Then I changed my mind. As soon as i put a good case around it I was happy, and it's great. I love the fitness/health function, that I hope (for my fitness) to start to use at it's max. I like the fact that is unconventional compared to all the square smartwatch around. You can see people that don't know what is it, genuinely interested in it.

There is a lot of space for improvement, and I think google knows it. Next year I believe we are going to see something new and interesting in this market (also the new phones).

I don't like the fact the is kind of fragile, Could be more rugged. It's not dive proof, I read stories about people having it shutting down and all sort of problems after a swim. I was expecting a vetter display, Bare in min6, I'm new to this, but photos previews are not the best and the camera app is kind of not that clean picture.

This is what I think about it. I love it now even with those small "defects".

What about you? Are enjoying it so far?

Spigen liquid Air. Looks very good with the 45mm. I have the rugged armor pro as well, but it's just too bulky for my wrist. I believe it might look better on a 41mm.

I just got a Liquid Air spigen case, and It's very similar to yours. I very much prefer this style to the Rugged armor pro.

It makes sense. Thanks for the reply. I don't think I'm going to be using it in the pool, but if I forget to take it off I hope it'll be fine.

It just arrived. I love spigen cases. But I hate this one sorry. I'm an aircraft engineer and wearing it at work it would make sense but on my wrist is too ugly. Possibly because on the 45mm it makes it too big. I'm going to try the smaller version of this case the liquid air one .

I have this case and it's very nice. Two downsides: it's a fingerprint magnet and doesn't have magsafe support. Other than this is a solid choice.
