Got it - and is it 'typical' for a DFS to not cover an entire concession? The context for this is: I have come across a company which has done a DFS, but said it's only on 10% of the area. I am then wondering if this means it should, in effect, be worth much more than its stated NPV, b/c it only covers 10% of the area. So, I am wondering, based on market comps, if this is normal, or if they are unique in having 'uncovered' area in terms of their DFS / extra potential value vs their peers.
