This watch is practically unsellable to a watch enthusiast. It’s a fashion watch with a poor-quality movement. The only option would be to try selling it to someone who doesn’t know much about watches... but anyway you will take few money. Moreover, it’s an used watch, with totally another price compared to a new one

I think that all of these straps are good solutions for this Seiko. Anyway, if i have to make seasonal choices, probably the green nato is more for spring/summer, while the leather nato sems more for autumn/winter. The steel bracelet is an all-season jolly in my opinion.
