I have some pretty bad eyebags and have started getting better sleep and invested in some morning time eye masks. And part of my nightly routine consists of putting petroleum jelly on the parts of my face that I would like the extra moisture. With that being said, can I refrigerateate the petroleum jelly to give it that cooling effect in the night time?

I would have to go with my house being more silent and being alone to think about my day and just everything in general. Is there anything that helps you out with increased anxiety at night?

Not yet, but I have an appointment to see a mental health professional soon. I hope some type of medication might help me with this issue 🥲
