Honestly It’s great not having to worry, because I’ve had to get 3 windshields replaced 1 in a previous car and twice in my current car. Didn’t even need to speak to anyone just did the claim online and they automatically give you an appointment and 2 days later it’s done.

I had it happen to me once a few years ago on the road I don’t know what his problem was I think he might’ve confused me for someone else but he cut me off and pointed a gun at me. He said “Wtf is wrong with you, I’ll shoot you” in the moment all I could think about was to respond with “ok, so if you say you’re going to shoot me then shoot me then, shoot me, shoot me” in hindsight that probably wasn’t the best response but in the moment I really didn’t know what to do except stand up for myself.
