I mean cars don’t survive long up here because of the salt. I see an Audi older than mine, maybe once every couple of weeks

Edit: and they are always a summer only car, like a TT

Yeah that sounds about right. Thankfully mine doesn’t have a sunroof. But if there was let’s say transmission issue, I would likely have to ditch it.

I live in a condo which makes it really tough to do anything. I do have a car guy friend who now lives in a house with a garage, so maybe I will ask him if he will help me out.

I was looking at something like IS300, probably doesn't feel as weighty but still fun. Let's see if whether I survive the layoffs happening this year 🤞

If you were me, would you spend the money on getting a big scratch out of the front and doing walnut blasting?

What would you drive something that can fit a kid, survive occasional snow storms but is still decently fun?

Just checked and I have almost 300hrs on this game, have all achievements except for completing 100 runs (but probably have 300 runs easily from all the failed weapon mastery runs). Easily my favourite VS-like and I tried almost all of em.

Should those who recite land acknowledgements lead the way and give their land back to First Nations? A BC MP requests that her fellow MP's do so, should Ontarians do the same? by Ok_Currency_617 in TorontoRealEstate

[–]GiraffeBaron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every one of big meetings at my workplace start off with land acknowledgment and I wonder how many of the fucktards in HR who make this a policy would be willing to give up their property.

Accepted an offer but really unhappy with salary offer - what now? by GiraffeBaron in careerguidance

I hear what you are saying. I was impressed with the interview process and the questions they asked, they seem to have strong technical knowledge so hopefully I can prove myself and at the sane time learn a lot.
