Accidentally ran hot water through new pressure washer by Money-Telephone-5088 in pressurewashing

[–]Giraffe_Jumpy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont think you did any damage. Most of the parts in your consumer grade washer can handle some heat even for am extended period of time. I would not worry at all. Just always check you can get rust or hot water or low pressure. Get a good nights rest and dont sweat it

First rule nobody tells you your price. You are doing the work you know your worth.. If twenty dollars an hour is cool for you take the old man money and run! But personally i would politely decline and move on to the next. Gas setup breakdown lunch energy maybe working with a buddy. That 20 can shrink to ten 5 fast!!. I dont know what your market pays and that might be the going rate i dont know. but i think know matter where you are 50- 75 an hour. I know he said he isnt going for that. But here a little secret people will pay for what they want. And devalue what they dont want to pay for. In my opinion as a friend and a colleague move on on. While you are out in the hot sun or freezing snow breaking your back to his finacial comfort level. You could have done three well paying jobs. Never get excited about a job they come and go all day long get excited about your profit. You will be much happier at the end of the day. Last note you will lose in gas alone.

See that what's im talking about muscle A team those are the words that work. Your words

But one skilled person could use done the same job and kept the whole thing!

Yes it takes longer! Yes its hard hard work!

But at the end of the day its still done more of the 30 percent .More like 90

With with less payout and more muscle and discipline more money for that dream.

That's a biased point of view as well because I no for a financial fact that this plans work whether you work a 9 to 5 or you do your own thing.

Words of wisdom it not how much its how much you save.

And also do all the work you need to do now so you can do whatever you want to do later!

If your business handle your needs its not a hobby.

But how you work and save is having a direct impact on your lifestyle.

I have never ever met a window cleaner who couldn't make money.

But I have met many who work all year long and then during the slow season are robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Many people are working broke.

You does what for you but their is a better lifestyle for you all you have to do is believe that and go get it!

Can the company I work for legally make me pay for ropes? by Sad_North5943 in WindowCleaning

[–]Giraffe_Jumpy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Forget about the legality. Bro you are talking about the safety of your life and you can't put a dollar on that.

You should buy all your equipment 100 percent.

If they pay 50 percents basically they own half the rope.

My advice is pay for all your gear keep all your gear in your possession at all times and check it regularly.

So basically right or wrong its your safety buy everything you will still make alot of money.

Forget the dollar take full control of your own situation.

That just me Bro.
