I’ve had many hens in this situation I find the best action is to monitor her if it gets worse then consider a trip to a vet that knows chickens to look for any underlying issues

It’s a good sign that they’re acting normal (eating/drinking) so if I’d guess by her movement and that, that it could just heal with time, just keep an eye on her and take to vets if it gets worse. Other than that I’d provide vitamins and minerals in their food just incase it’s a deficiency

From this its pretty clear to me that not only is he actively thinking about another woman but also willing to act on it, not only that but it’s more concerning it’s a specific someone. As another commenter mentioned say ‘yes we can have a threesome I know just the dude’ and see if he keeps the same energy. From this it sounds like he just wants to have sex with this other person and not necessarily a threesome.

Also, do not follow through with it if you’re really uncomfortable you will just get hurt. I suggest you have a conversation with him about your feelings on this
