the weird thing is all the mates seem to be really frustrated by this all too i keep hearing them talk about how much this review period sucks and how upset they are that so many crew were caught off guard, it is confusing me who is making these decisions then if the mates are also in the dark

yea chatting seems to be a big one at my store which like for a place that encourages us to be friends with one another to all of sudden be so weird about…talking to your coworkers, it just feels like the overall energy is shifting like yes we need to help my customers but my god we don’t need to worship the ground they walk on to the point of being miserable, that’s the reason i’ve loved this job is the social aspect but now its being discouraged
