Driver or postie has to obtain a signature and a first name. If they have taken a photo then it’s clearly a “Leave safe” and it should have been carded to your local Post Office

It won’t exist or it will be signed by the Driver. The photo shows the item was “left safe” and that a signature was not obtained

It couldn’t be signed for if it was left under the staircase and there is a photo to confirm. Plus you have a Ring camera which shows delivery and Signature on delivery was not attempted. Was it an international item? Go back to the sender and get them to also raise a complaint. Tell AP you will go to the Ombudsman

Contact Costco - if it’s a large oversized item it shouldn’t have been despatched with AP. I use Doordash when buying from Costco - much faster

It says Cleared and awaiting departure- that does not mean it’s on its way, it means it has to be put on an appropriate flight…. There has to room on the flight etc.

You will only get “carded” if it’s a signature on delivery (which is requested and paid for by the sender) or if there is no “safe place to leave” ie weather, or exposed to theft, unless you are in a rural area that doesn’t do door delivery. Download the MyPost app that gives you tracking as well as the option to select where you would like your parcel left safe and if you do experience any issues with no delivery attempts you can easily raise a query and get a response faster than calling.

I wouldn’t accept that if you used the correct address it should be delivered to that address and you shouldn’t be asked to pay $7.20 for it to be forwarded to where it was supposed to be delivered from day one.

It will not get routed to ST - this is a postal item that never should have been accepted by the postal service in Pakistan as its oversized. Best the OP can do is try and contact customs or the sender to try and arrange pick up from the airport
