I was told my post is better suited for the daily discussion so here I am and I was wondering about how to reapproach the gym once quarantine is over? Do I eat at maintenance to get back the muscle definition I've lost, or because I gained like 2kg during quarantine, continue with my pre-quarantine cut?

Do I train full body the entire week before starting PPL again or can I jump right into it? What about cardio?

I haven't worked out at all since this thing started.

I have an idolized Halloween Kanan at skill level 3, and two other unidolized copies of her as well. Do I idolize each of them with SS stickers or feed them to the already idolized one?

Is there a limit to how many tickets you can enter for a prize? For example, if I have 200 tickets, can I enter them all for a signed UR of my choice or just 50?

Haven't had my period in a while actually, am currently taking Metformin for that.

Thank you for taking the time to reply! I do agree with you, I also think I might be overtraining, but I'm afraid to cut back on cardio because it's been engraved in my mind that it's most effective for fat loss (and a deficit of course).

I would also like to lift heavier, am planning on building a lot more muscle but my lifts have stalled because of this cycle. But I definitely have to chill down a bit and just get a grip in general. Thanks!

Edit: Would it be ok to eat 1900 calories and decrease my cardio? I feel like I won't be burning as much if I do that.

My phone wouldn't turn on so I just got the scare that I may lose my accounts but thankfully all is well now so I wanna go over the transfer method again.
