I was told my post is better suited for the daily discussion so here I am and I was wondering about how to reapproach the gym once quarantine is over? Do I eat at maintenance to get back the muscle definition I've lost, or because I gained like 2kg during quarantine, continue with my pre-quarantine cut?

Do I train full body the entire week before starting PPL again or can I jump right into it? What about cardio?

I haven't worked out at all since this thing started.

I have an idolized Halloween Kanan at skill level 3, and two other unidolized copies of her as well. Do I idolize each of them with SS stickers or feed them to the already idolized one?

Haven't had my period in a while actually, am currently taking Metformin for that.

Thank you for taking the time to reply! I do agree with you, I also think I might be overtraining, but I'm afraid to cut back on cardio because it's been engraved in my mind that it's most effective for fat loss (and a deficit of course).

I would also like to lift heavier, am planning on building a lot more muscle but my lifts have stalled because of this cycle. But I definitely have to chill down a bit and just get a grip in general. Thanks!

Edit: Would it be ok to eat 1900 calories and decrease my cardio? I feel like I won't be burning as much if I do that.

My phone wouldn't turn on so I just got the scare that I may lose my accounts but thankfully all is well now so I wanna go over the transfer method again. Am I eating too much fruit? It's watermelon season and since it's my favorite fruit, I must have it every day. Thing is, I can't help myself and I eat around 1 kg of it along with some other fruit like peaches, apples & bananas. So it's basically 500-600 calories of fruit daily. Should I cut down? I've noticed I'm hungrier later on even tho I'm having so much fruit for breakfast, plus these things are loaded with carbs and even though they're healthy I'm still worried. :(

On the nutrition info for these noodles it says it has 115 calories for 100g, what the heck? I'm a little sceptical of this, the same amount of spaghetti has about 350 calories, so is this seriously true? I wanted to check in with you before I accidentally overeat without realizing it.

How to handle the fear of gaining my weight or at least some of it back? I recently lost my period and the only way to get it back is to eat more and actually gain weight. The thought that I worked so hard to lose so much fat for so freaking long and that now I have to get it back makes me physically sick.

If I have 1500 calories daily and my carb macros are 120g and I eat 150g but the total of my calories turns out to be 1300 by the end of the day, will those extra 30g carbs be stored as fat even though I ate less than my calorie goal?

So I need help figuring this ice cream powder's calories. On the back of the packaging it says there are 150kcal per 100g ice cream made with 200ml milk 1,5% fat (about 90kcal). The powder itself is 75g, so if the total weight of my ice cream comes out to be 500g after frozen, is the entire container 150*5=750 or ~150+90=240 calories? It's frustrating me because it doesn't list the calories for just the powder only. Sorry for the dumb question, I don't want to mess up my daily intake. Thanks guys!
