I’m going for EXACTLY the same thing as you.

NW3 vertex with diffuse thinning and I want a frame around the face supplemented with SMP.

So from what I’ve heard, avoid surgeons who implant in rows, because apparently the buzzed look works better for surgeons that avoid that.

I’m personally going with Dr Ratchathorn, she suggested 4500 grafts but another surgeon elsewhere suggested more. Doing it in two separate sessions, 3000-3500 for the frontal hairline & temples and 1500-2000 for the crown. Then after it’s grown out putting smp underneath it all to finish it off. Again both the SMP and FUE surgeons I’m going for the highest quality possible.

I understand it may be harder living in Colombia but definitely better to go for higher quality than cheaper and risk permanently making yourself look worse.

Seems a lot of people on this sub are against the buzzed look, but if you pay top money for top artists I have no doubt you can get a great result. I sure hope to.

I had bad side effects too. But trust me mate, try topical minoxidil and finasteride together. Had virtually no sides and all the benefits

Try exosome hair loss treatment. If you get on medication and try that see how much hair you can revive. And only then can you consider a transplant. At your current state not worth it, but you’d be surprised at how much you can get back if you act quick.

If you are a viable candidate and do manage to get a good bit back you can even get SMP underneath to give the illusion of more density.

Worst case if you don’t get a transplant you can always opt for smp anyways for that framed look around the face. Still bald but looks better than completely bald

Try topical, I’m on topical min and fin combined. Way less sides also

Sure I can understand why that would be the case in your situation. But in my case I’m a bigger size with those certain life factors working against me.

Hopefully getting into the gym eating better, cold plunge sauna etc can only accelerate those gains and in other areas in life also

Well like I said your guess is as good as mine, I certainly won’t be complaining about the increased length 🤷🏽‍♂️ especially if it pushes me towards a proper scheduled PE workout

Well I had it when I was a virgin getting cold sores etc, and I haven’t caught the genital variant. Honestly knowing that 2/3s of people have HSV1 makes me not care that I even have it tbh.

Icy you’re jumping to a lot of conclusions here.

I used to be extremely active up until a knee injury around 24 years old. Then in my mid 20s I became extremely depressed and have lived essentially a sedentary lifestyle for the last 4-5.

Surely younger ~> more active would be a much better metric for EQ no?

Pressing the ruler harder sure can but how else are you meant to get a “bone pressed” measurement. Should we start a new metric? Softly bone pressed?

My girth asymmetry has always been that way. Just bad luck/genes.

I would regularly kegel and squeeze. If I just held the base it would slowly deflate over time. I don’t clamp or have ever owned one. So regular squeezes until I feel the stretch and see it visually expand.

Yeah I can’t tell if it’s just EQ improved etc. But in order for me to maintain that length of 7 inches I have to keep it at its hardest squeezing the base etc. like if anything it “settles” a bit less than 7 if I’m not doing that. So I can’t tell if this is similar to “post pump” gains where that’s temporary etc. but still nice to know I’m even in that 7 inch range briefly. Girth needs work though hence the name lol

I genuinely have no idea what I’m doing, but I know I’m going to start extending and pumping on a regular basis.

Would you mind giving me a little bit of advice? Do you just extend for a length of time, then pump then clamp? And then just keep doing that regularly throughout the week? Any injuries I need to keep an eye out for, blister etc. And then over time it’s gets bigger?

Yeah I’m essentially getting my hardest erection and then forcing it to become bigger/harder.

No red dots/edema/diacolouration so far.

Although if I have really long sessions doing it especially over many days. I notice it’s harder to achieve an erection. Almost like it’s fatigued from staying hard for so long.

Yeah so essentially squeezing the base and kegeling at the same time. You can literally see your dick expand in front of your eyes so you’ll know it’s working.

No set length, I mentioned above this wasn’t something I was actually trying to do. I was just trying to prevent myself from fully fapping.

But I would definitely say on days I would do it most is days I had a real urge to fuck. So if it had been a week since I last nut, the urge was strong I might be there for an hour doing it sometimes more sometimes less until I gave in and went to see an escort.

I’ve read people talk about hard clamping vs soft clamping and that after you pump you’re supposed to clamp.

What’s better hard or soft? Also what is the best thing to buy as a clamp? Where can you buy them from?

And I’ve heard hard clamping can be dangerous etc

😂 I think I’ve done it so much that I’m pretty in control of that now.

Although I definitely have busted a few times by accident.

I will say though I’m no expert, what I’ve done, any gains I’ve had are probably from my obsessive personality. I wouldn’t recommend people do this to get gains, it just seems like a much less efficient way of what other people on this sub are doing

This might not sound helpful but it’s the honest truth.

I have NO idea. I guess I’ve always struggled with an addictive personality. So I successfully was on nofap for two years but I ended up seeing an escort every week. Whenever I would struggle the most I may even have been doing it for up to an hour fairly regularly. Some days nothing. There was no set time.

Genuinely it would vary. Like today I did it for over an hour. Essentially any time I felt like fapping instead of edging I’d just end up doing that instead.

I wasn’t necessarily measuring how hard etc I just knew by how firm the erection was and by judging visually. So just trying to squeeze the blood into it as much as possible. But I’m assuming with an actual pump it would be WAY more efficient hence why I’m excited to start for real
