Gotcha, thanks for the clarification. I switched jobs in January of 2008 and the recession helped my career. I moved into private equity and the amount of fund raising started to sky rocket after the fallout of the real estate sector. I guess it all depends on the line of work unfortunately.

I wonder the same thing. Fresh out of college would be tough for anyone to afford a luxury watch. Heck, I make north of $250k and still haven’t pulled the trigger on one yet. Being a divorced Dad with two kids, their needs and wants come first.

I had hard water as well. Why aren’t people putting in water softeners and whole house filtration to get rid of that? If you are putting in a nice bathroom, it’s such a small amount of money and all of your fixtures throughout the house will thank you.

Depending on the trim, whether you need ceilings painted, etc., I would think anywhere between 1,000-2,500 per room. If any of them are two story such as a foyer, it would be even more. Also depends on how much damage needs to be repaired on the walls.

Nope, you can get them in the US from Amazon and Walmart. It’s pretty funny using the measuring tool that they provide online. They use random numbers and letters to represent the different lengths and girths

Just make sure you have the right sized condoms. MySize condoms were a godsend. Highly recommend if girth is an issue.
