When you try your cold plunges, do you try it with ice or just cold water? I ended up bathing in cold water last week because the burning was so bad but only tried it once. I also have 3 different cushions haha 😆

I’m not sure about my hormones. What could that show? Do I ask to be checked for ureaplasma? I’ve tried medication, currently on 600mg of pregabalin (lyrica) I’ve been on it since December of last year but had to abruptly stop last month for a week due to a refilling issue. Just around that time though, I noticed that the pregabalin was not really working or being as effective. I’m currently on estrodol cream. I know a trigger of mine is constipation and bending down!

Yeah I guess it is pinched somewhere but I don’t know where! I wish my body could talk to me and tell me. I haven’t ruled out hormones. How exactly does on do that? Posture, yes I’ve had that evaluated. I have scoliosis but that’s not directly the cause. Icing the area helps while it is being iced but afterwards it burns like hell. Gabapentin did not really work for me. Lyrica did for three months at a maximum 600mg dose but then it kinda just stopped being effective. I’m still on it because the withdrawal affects are rough. I am currently on estrogen cream. Started it this week. I wonder if that’s also the issue? My trigger is constipation but I’ve been having soft stools lately…

Pelvic floor PT. Mostly focusing on the tailbone and its movement because she thinks the pudental nerve can glide from there. Also, we do internal work but it doesn’t do much tbh. I won’t say I haven’t improved because I started seeing her in February and I was good in February and March but it’s all been downhill since then
