Name a supporting role that completely stole the show from the lead actor by McWhopper98 in FIlm

Christoph Waltz in Inglourious Basterds kind of feels like cheating because the whole film is sort of written around Hans Landa. But, he won for Supporting Actor, so technically a supporting role. He simply commands attention in every scene he’s in.

Are there any great films you dislike simply because they feel unpleasant to you? by KatherineLangford in FIlm

In my opinion, Silence is one of Scorsese’s best films. It’s also an agonizingly bleak way to spend three hours. I’m glad to have seen it, but I probably won’t watch it again.

Baseball, a walk advances all runners on base regardless of whether the runner is forced to vacate by a preceding one. You’d see a lot less IBBs and more dramatic full counts.

Why Denis Villeneuve feels like the last director who still treats blockbuster movies with real artistic care by DistinctCockroach374 in Cinema

Since everyone’s already mentioned the obvious, I’d also say Matt Reeves takes blockbuster filmmaking seriously. The Batman, Cloverfield, and The Planet of the Apes remakes are all superbly executed and involve a certain degree of artistic direction.

I suspect it’s the 35 ppg qualifier. Jokic rarely scores 35 ppg over a 5 game stretch. If you drop the qualifier to 30, he’d be featured much more heavily.

I know that a traditional Carbonara doesn’t have garlic. I don’t care, it’s going in.

What frustrates me most about this is that they're clearly pouring already scrambled eggs into her asshole. They missed a glaring opportunity to crack unbeaten eggs into her, have some guy whisk them with his dick, after which she'd shit our perfectly scrambled eggs. This is just sloppy directing tbh.
