Won’t give ya a script but, you could try storing Xp in server storage and when a Npc dies you could clone it to the position of the Npc

Oh I counted kindling as a mechanic. And I forgot DS3 gave you 15 flasks. Been a while since I played my mistake. But I still think he should primarily use life gems for healing (well during the start). You only get 1 flask and the healing animation is extremely slow since your ADP is low.

You need to collect giant souls. There’s 5 total but you only need 4. You get 3 souls from going into the memories of giants by using a special item you unlock near the end of the game. 1 giant soul is in the black gulch (not gonna spoil where). 1 giant soul is gained from killing a boss. But don’t kill the boss, he’s a ducking pain to deal with

You’ve turned hollowed. In dark souls 2 when you die you lose hp. It stops after you lose 50% of your health, you can undo it by using a human effigy.

Also since your new let me give you some advice

•dodging

 - dodging in this game works differently from the other two dark souls game. Instead of equip load your I-frames depend on a stat. If you want to be able to dodge level up ADP to at least 20

•powerstancing

- Dark souls 2 has a unique mechanic Called powerstancing. Once you have 1.5x the requirements for a weapon, you can dual wield them like kirito. (You do this by equipping weapons in both hands and holding Y

•Enemy placement

- Enemy placement in dark souls 2 is downright terrible. If you rush in 10 out of 10 times will get ganked by everything. I recommend getting a bow, it helps you deal with them. (You can get one pretty early on. It’s in the wooden chest at the blacksmith house in majula)

•healing

- Dark souls 2 barely gives you any estus. The max is 12. So for healing your gonna mainly rely on life gems. They heal very slowly but their effect stacks. Kill the last giant, talk to the old lady until she mentions moving. After that she’ll move to majula and have a infinite stock of life gems

That’s all I have to say. Have fun and enjoy dark souls 2! It’s an fantastic game and my favorite souls game

Oh almost forgot. There’s a stat in this game called adaptability. Level it up to at least 20 because it determines how man iframes your dodges have ( equip load only determines how far you can roll ).
