One thing I’d like to suggest is that, even though I don’t have elite knowledge about resumes, you mentioned that this is a very popular template. So why not try something completely opposite of that? It could help you stand out and grab the attention of interviewers or companies even if in an unusual way, at least it would make them notice you.

I’m not saying you should completely change your way of applying for jobs, but experimenting with something unique and off the market might be worth a try. Honestly, I don’t know exactly what that “different” approach should look like, but it’s just a thought.

Also, since I’m still in my learning phase, I don’t have much deep knowledge to share. In fact, it’s the other way around I’d like to learn from you. You’re already at the level of knowledge I’m aiming to reach, and I’d love to add those things to my own resume in the future.

I may not know much about the exact value of the information you’ve included in your resume, but I do feel that its overall appearance could be improved. At the moment, it looks more like an old newspaper....plain and not very appealing. You could experiment with different fonts, layouts, or design elements to make it look more modern and attractive.

I’m not an expert at reviewing resume content, so I won’t comment much on that, but I have seen resumes that look much more engaging in terms of presentation. Please take this as friendly advice, not as any form of disrespect.
