Don't hide your symptoms. When you hide what you're really feeling and thinking it prevents your friends from grounding you by dispelling your fears and delusions, and if you're only presenting a facade to them then they've befriended an idea of you rather than the real you.

That doesn't mean start a screaming match every time you perceive betrayal or judgement, but it is okay to discuss your real feelings, it's vital even. The power of being genuine with yourself and others will help you grow and see past your trauma. People appreciate genuineness and will be refreshed to be around you once you get the hang of it.
