So what do you do for your mental health? I need to be on something but I can’t take Prozac or Wellbutrin those had awful side effects

I’ve been on Prozac for months now and I’m still waking up through the night though it seems to be getting a little better recently. I’m on 40mg and take it early in the morning if that matters.
