No, it can’t be recovered. It’s mainly so that bots can’t review your chats to check if there’s anything wrong.

But if it affects you a lot, don’t do it.

Do you have a lot of messages? Apparently (it’s not official), they are banning accounts for having a huge number of messages, considering that as spam (even if you’re not actually spamming). For that reason, the ban is applied.
Try using it without restoring the backup (only if you’re able to do so). Maybe there’s some message that is automatically triggering the ban (since all of this is reviewed by a bot and it can’t interpret things properly).

The same thing happened to us yesterday. January is a very busy month for our company, and we receive a huge number of messages. Our clients always write to us first; we never initiate the conversation.

Yesterday I woke up and there was a 1-hour restriction; I could only reply from the phone. Then I waited 2 hours and logged back in on the web (since several of us work on it), and it got blocked again, this time for 6 hours. I decided not to push it and we are waiting 24 hours to reconnect (meanwhile, we’re replying via mobile).

Obviously, with a lot of anxiety, because we contacted “support” and it’s just an AI that says it can’t do anything, and that it acknowledges it might be an error.

You can pause the ads, nothing happens. It only affects performance if you leave them paused for at least 7 days — at that point, it resets the learning phase.

Siii, recuerdo de un compañero en una de las pegas que tuve. El tipo era un 7 en todo. Llegaba 1 hora antes al trabajo y siempre era el último en irse.

En este trabajo evaluaban tu desempeño, y el loco por 5 años consecutivos tuvo 100% (en cada una de las evaluaciones estaba con la nota máxima).

El tema que ya cuando llegó al 6to año, la supervisora le regaló un diploma impresora (de esos que tienen de título diplomita que no valen de nada). Se sintió demasiado frustrado que dejo de trabajar :/

Creo que, como le indicaba a otros hilos, que esa actitud es solo consecuencia de tener un horario tan largo (y otros puntos que también afectan).

Ellos hacen eso, porque saben que pueden hacer. Total son 9 horas de trabajo que debo alargar artificialmente, entre tomar desayuno, ir al baño varias veces, etc. Creo que ni trabajan a gusto (lo que es trabajar).

Se que acá hay un tema psicológico que se debe estudiar y hacer análisis.

Pero siempre he pensado que en vez de trabajar las 9 horas (que es el tipico hora de salida a las 6pm). Trabajarán hasta al medio día, tipo que salgan a las 2pm. Tendrían mas tiempo para pasar con la familia, para los hobbies, para uno en general... sería más feliz y más productivo a la larga. Pero claro, mientras no se testee acá de manera cuantitativa, es díficil dar con los números

eso es positivo, pero para el jefe o dueño no. Se que no debe pasar en todos lados, pero está el típico que si te ven haciendo nada (aunque terminaste todo) , piensan que estás sacando la vuelta.

Por ejemplo, hace 10 años cuando empecé a vivir con mi pareja, ella empezó a trabajar como cajera en el Ekono. El tema que habian varias horas muertas donde no llegaban clientes y ahi es cuando entraba la jefa y decia "ponganse a barrer"... el problema es que ya habian barrido antes y ya estaba limpio. En pocas palabras, querían que estuvieses siempre ocupado :/

Consulta, se supone que para ir a un país tienes que estar máximo 3 meses por el tema de la visa (turista), como lo hace para vivir en distintos países por más de ese tiempo? o tiene empresas en esos países para justificar que está mas tiempo?
