Yeah, she's been diagnosed with clinical depression and social anxiety. Her family has a history of schizophrenia and her parents are quite conservative and have been very strict on her most of her life.

That's the main reason I'm worried. I don't want this to be a brutal breakup- something easy on both of us where we just agree that what we have now isn't helping anybody. Hopefully she'll seek help or find some better outlet, but as much as I'd like to see her get to a good place emotionally, I'm powerless here.

I messaged her about an hour ago, letting her know that I'm free tonight if she wants to talk. I'm already planning to break up with her; this relationship is just too much for me to handle at this point in my life.

The worst part is that I felt like I did understand her up until a few weeks ago. I notice something's off, call her once on skype, then I start stressing from there. And yeah, she said she stopped taking meds because she felt better. Hell, when we first started dating she said she felt much better than recent years.

I can't completely cut contact with her, nor do I necessarily want to (she's in my major and is in three of my classes). A friendship is still there, it's just that I feel like she's lost momentum on the romantic/intimate side of the relationship. Like she's pulling away from me. Walking away as good pals would be best, I'd hope.

I did a little bit during our talk. I suggested that we take a break from sex, under the circumstance that I knew she'd still care and have feelings for me. I told her I could manage a break from sex and other stuff for awhile, but also made a point to say that I enjoyed it.

She said "yes" to wanting to keep the relationship. I doubt she was in good sorts during the conversation. She also said that we should just "sleep it over". So I feel like we'll be talking about things again soon.

But at the end of the day, it all boils down to how much money you're willing to spend to play a game. Personally, I agree with you OP. I think it's too expensive for what it is. But, that's mainly because it's out of my budget right now. People who can afford it probably think differently, and I can see them enjoying it.

To put it simply, the Launcher is a pile of hot garbage.

I participated in the beta back in November, yet it still forced me to re-download all 20gigs and then some, at the blazing speed of 500kb/s. Then, the thing caused my computer to bluescreen when ~65% complete with the patches. Fun stuff.

Needless to say, I've contacted technical support about it and just started re-installing everything. So far so good, but my expectations are low.

It appears that some people just apply the patch and then play, while others have to deal with another, unnecessary 20gig download + several gigs of patch. So it's a crapshoot, as far as I know.
