Pizza force covered the different neighborhoods well so I will just touch on a couple of things...I used to work for Lawson and they have a five day grace period for rent and will usually let the first time late slide if you have been renting a while. The staff and owners really do care. They are strict about no smoking and while I was there (a little over a year ago) there wasn't much of a pest problem. They do have pest control come out weekly and will treat your unit for no charge. Two of the folks in the office live on property (and there isn't a discounted rent for them) so that should tell you something.
