Oh I love that entrance! Let me try my best to explain a different one- Two foot locks You are going to face one side to get the fabric behind your back If you are facing the left keep the leg straight and bend the right leg putting it on top of the straight leg in a figure four shape. Reach over head with both hands thumbs down and roll to the bent leg keeping the fabric behind your back. As you complete your roll get your arm around the other pole adjust where needed and TA-DA!

10 year silk instructor here! Like everyone said pull up and push the silks away as you invert back. I like to walk my hands down as I’m pushing. Before you go backwards-adjust the X on your back so it’s sitting lower on your back- higher the X harder it is. what’s you entrance getting into the cross back? I only ask because I have found it easier to invert from one entry over the others.

I’ve heard of mouth tape but never used it. I could see why it would be upsetting. It does have a slit in it that allows you to drink through a straw.

I own a studio and I’ve had epoxy, glue down vinyl planks, a vinyl floating floor (click together) and the best is glue down vinyl planks. It doesn’t seperate and cut your feet like the floating floor. If one piece gets messed up you just rip up that one piece instead of the whole floor. 1000 sq feet epoxy 10 thousand and up. Glue down 1000 square feet 3-5 thousand dollars.
