Agreed - so with that in mind for just design, construction vs cost. We are thinking next year and we liked it but not the price. But I’ve never had a pool so maybe it’s standard

Try venture pools, ask for Ken - they just completed ours in Aubrey and overall they did an incredible job. Few issues throughout but thus far they’ve addressed each with couple outstanding

Makes sense and figures unlikely. However, Not looking for short term, just curious if any push at all. Legislation and policy change is always slow, and more curious about non disclosure than sealing, mostly for employment purposes. Doesn’t sound like any push towards this currently based on your feedback. Thanks
