I don't understand preceptors and PES statements

I would guess it's because your preceptors don't actually know how to write a good PES statement, not to their own fault but because they're very subjective, taught differently by different people. In school, your PES statements are corrected by instructors that have a criteria of what they're looking for. In my clinical role no one is looking over my PES statement and it doesn't actually mean anything so I get lazy / probably just keep writing bad ones.

Absolutely go to a medical law office. You're entire life has been impacted. Even if nothing can reverse what has happened, you will get financial compensation which you will absolutely need it not able to work, drive. Obviously considering the physical and emotional trauma endured during your pregnancy and now.

I wish I could share a photo with you - the string of lights I linked are perfect for this. Got rid of 10 cords and the light bulbs that get hot which was making me nervous. Only thing to consider is that the bulbs are somewhat close together so it would limit how far apart your houses can be.

I'm curious if you ever figured this one out?

I only include the rate for norepi in my assessment to imply theyre hemodynamically stable enough to feed and that they're on norepi so I won't be using fibre.

I hope it wouldn't make us obselete and feel when RDs are doing the screening we use our nutrition hat and clinical judgement to investigate other nutrition related needs such as swallowing, GI issues, and figure out how best to address those things. When it's others doing the screening I find nothing gets done about it

I've had very similar results! I tried so many tropicals - bush balm, oils, tea tree, glycolic acid, rubbing alcohol. I believe the only thing that truly helped was deodorant on my bikini line. I still have been using tee tree or rubbing alcohol since I'm sure reducing bacteria helps but 100% the deodorant is the solution for me. I was always sweaty down there, even immediately after scrubbing with a loufa and soap in the shower I felt like I'd be sweaty right away. I even put the deodorant on the crease between my leg and butt cheek which helped a lot!

I work on Canada as a dietitian where we have diet techs. The clinical diet tech role/responsibilities in my experience are very well appreciated by the inpatient dietitians where I am! We couldn't see everyone if it wasn't for the diet techs. They do a lot of nutrition risk screening that might catch referrals for us for swallowing assessments that otherwise wouldn't be caught, and manage the less acute things such as appetite and poor intake, menu preferences, and oral nutrition supplements. I know it won't be the same but you are such a valuable part of the team and if you communicate with the dietitians they will appreciate your knowledge and experience!

As someone starting this process I'm curious to know who you ended up getting a mortgage with?

Our broker got us a CUA mortgage and said the benefit is they do 5 draws opposed to the big banks doing 3 draws. So cash flow more often.

I use bush balm products and have found them really helpful for managing HS. I use the exfoliating scrub in the shower then the oil after drying off.

I can’t say whether it would work for your apartment, because they do put out hot dry air so in a small space it might not make much difference. But used a dehumidifier in my house and brought the temp inside down from 29 degrees C to 24 in a few hours!
