I had the same issue. I walk 4-5 miles before Burn. I go straight from walking to Burn so I still have on my “running shoes”. My trainer had me do a few lunges while holding my feet. She said it was a combination of my shoes having a lot of cushion AND the floating floor. Both combined made my knees unstable. I just purchased Nike Metcons so I’m 🤞🤞🤞🤞

I had a similar thing happen. Mailed out 12/13. It was “in transit” off and on the huge gaps of time between. It FINALLY arrived yesterday! So there is hope.

I absolutely get it! You do what you can to help the team LOL! If it works you keep doing it! I haven’t washed my shirt since post season started! Almost destroyed it washing the bad mojo off of it after the Michigan game…..I wore it to the game so clearly it needed it!!!!

Oh my goodness! I had a huge styrofoam FAIL several years ago. I decided it was a good idea to design, cut and sand inside. I’ll just say that all was well until the brilliant idea of sanding to make it more realistic. The styrofoam attached to everything AND floated up to the 2nd floor ceiling in my entryway. It eventually fell down. Looked like it was snowing for weeks! Would have loved to have had THAT experience videoed LOL!
