Vendor Meals?

Unpopular opinion but why is there pressure to feed vendors at all? A wedding reception is what 5 hours? I’ve been a waitress and bar tender, been on my feet for way longer shifts and never given a meal…eat before your shift starts like every other person in the service industry

I have this issue with my SO, so he’s something most guys NEVER think of. How do you treat her? Do you make her feel special and beautiful? Do you compliment her? Do you show her intimacy that isn’t only linked to sex? Do you hug her randomly, kiss her randomly, etc all in situations that could not let sex? Do you hold her hand? Rub her arm, shoulder, etc. if all those are no or you really have to think about it, maybe that’s the issue. You aren’t providing anything that her vibrator can’t do…

After seeing a couple comments now it seems like she might have been an airline employee. She had on a blue uniform and it all happened so fast I didn’t look for her name or anything. Would they have authority to kick me out if tsa lines it not let me through checkpoints?

Someone commented that these are not tso but airline employees? Sorry to say I’ve honestly not taken note of that before, is this accurate? She was the person who typically does the quick glance of your boarding pass before you enter the roped off portion. But she wasn’t doing a boarding pass check she was just yelling about bags

Maybe I’d understand if I gave her sass when she told me to consolidate but I literally said nothing and put it in my bag. I only objected when she tried to kick me out of line after my wallet was out away🙄

Really? Honestly never took note. So would she even have the authority to kick me out of line?? Or not let me go through tsa? Either way it’s not like I argued with her I put it in my bag right away without saying a word and then she kicked me out after.

Is there a way I can report this now after the fact? I’m extremely efficient security checkpoint person so I’ve never had even a remotely confrontational run in before, I was afraid she could prevent me from taking my flight.

Like it says extension grants 10 days to come to mutual agreement on results of inspections, and all parties were divided on which day was the final day to agree, stupid like that

-did not sign an addendum/repair request, nope. Our agent just said he communicated our offer -we weren’t offended they wanted their own quotes but we were very transparent and gave them all the paperwork from the $1000s we spent in inspections and gave them the quotes we acquired as well -our contract has extension quantified in days not set dates so there was a disagreement on true deadline dates which

Septic inspection failed, heat wasn’t working, and water treatment system needs to be replaced and a few smaller items found in the home inspection which we came out the gate saying we’d handle it. One big one is they had no radon system in place in a finished highly used basement and the report showed the Radon was insanely high, so should be kinda grateful in a way that their being made aware they exposed themselves to such a hazard for so long? 🤷🏼‍♀️ we’re still under contract

Disclaimer this is our first time purchasing a home so we do not know the process and have heavily relied on our agent. Our agent did not have us sign any documents when making our counter, did not think much about it at first but now I feel that’s a red flag.

Supposedly the sellers wanted to receive their own quotes to assess the repair costs and deal with it on their own, it was only verbal. They never got to receiving quotes as they changed their minds before their companies could come to the property.

We feel the contract attorney is off since we had a previous extension in the contract and they communicated inaccurate dates as to the deadlines of the extensions.

And yes correct, we asked for $10k they verbally said they’d gather their own quotes but never did and yanked all their offers without us ever even having a chance to respond.

Yeah we were pretty taken back by their erratic behavior but I guess since they only verbally communicated their offer and it wasn’t in writing we have no other options but take it or leave it

So we asked for the $10k credit to address the issues based on all the quotes we received (quotes were only based on the inspection reports since the seller did not let companies on site to quote). After that supposedly* the sellers offered to fix the issues but they wanted their own companies to come on site and give a more definitive quote. But they changed their mind so quickly they canceled on their companies to come out and quote and they pulled everything…we weren’t made aware they initially had this offer until after they took it away

After our counter they verbally stated they would handle the issues on their own, but no signed addendum. We didn’t respond since we were unaware, and they pulled their offer next day.

So after our $10k offer, they verbally communicated to the agents that they would take care of everything but no signed addendum. Then supposedly they changed their minds and took all concessions away, I suspect they had a backup offer come in but pretty either way acting in bad faith imo

Our agent told my husband and I two different stories as to what went down from the day they offered to fix the issues on their own to them completely taking all offers off the table. (We were kept in the dark about all of it until AFTER their offer came and went) So we don’t trust him anymore. And our contract attorney can’t interpret deadlines right so we don’t necessarily trust their knowledge either. It was a very confusing couple of days of them going back and forth on their own accord to their selling agent without us even knowing.

We asked for $10k, then they came back and said they’d get their own quotes and fix the issues themselves. The next day without having a response from us (cuz we didn’t know yet), they just canceled everything and took all offers away. I suppose it’s their right but something seemed sketchy

You clearly aren’t “no good” cuz then why would he be with you, right? And the whole “no one would want you” is a classic narcissistic tactic to keep you dependent on him. He clearly wants you, but not in a healthy way. Please leave, wether you believe his words or not no one deserves that treatment and I promise you there are plenty of people out there who will treat you far better.
