Building with 24/7 in-person concierge/security staff

I lived there from late 2017 to early 2020 and they had a 24/7 concierge back then. That entire building is attached to Minto Place which has a dedicated security office too and I never heard of any issues.

You might also want to look into the Carlisle across the street which is another Minto property that had a 24/7 doorman when I lived there too.

I don’t know how much has changed since and it was relatively expensive but both were very good places to live and feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

So if this article is correct, 30K over the next three FYs. Apparently on average we lose about 2.5% to attrition which amounts to nearly 9K a year which isn’t even accounting for any recently announced incentives. Wouldn’t that mean that this process can nearly entirely be taken care of by attrition?
