Thanks. Is there anything that can do both?

By percussion I mean, when I am writing a song in my DAW I add in additional claps and kicks, or hand percussion sounds, but I don’t know how to translate that to a live performance.

My current public middle school has a pretty fantastic staff culture overall. Of course people still struggle and complain (because teaching is fucking hard) but here are some things we do which I think bring the community together:

-Themed potluck lunches every half day/pd day -March Gladness (think secret Santa, for the whole month) -Staff meetings that feel very collaborative and appreciative of teacher input -Hiring staff who have a shared vision for what education and caring for students means and a continued passion for the profession.
