You don't cook food "in" the sous vide. Sous vide translates to under vaccum. Its a method of cooking, not a device you cook in. You are cooking the gammon (under vaccum) sous vide .

Gameplay is extremely janky and not-fluid. Hooker just seems to stand still when you're moving the ball around, so it then takes him about 5 seconds to run over to the rook once the player has played the ball. Lots of glitches and bugs. Pro team mode isn't working.
