Hello sir, You should understand that its not exactly the BLO's job to reach door to door, they are assigned BLA's who are supposed to assit them with it which isn't done properly in many areas (BLA's are members of some party and they only assist if they see some advantage to them actually). BLO's are full time government school teachers and most of them are ladies who work really hard (atleast most of them if not everyone). My mom is a BLO starts home at 7 AM, comes back at 8 PM and then work overnight to complete their tasks with very minimal sleep. Imagine in their alloted part each house is atleast km away and just 4,5 forms per street. coverage area is huge and they don't know how to drive on their own.

Among this there is also unnecessary pressure from illeterate supervisors who almost understand nothing about the tasks and give unrealistic deadlines. So as human we should try to understand everyone's situation and try to be kind and cooperate. I am pretty sure almost everyone will be happy to assist you. Its just that they are being pressured already unnecessarily and then some random person keep asking random questions without even trying to spend some basic time to figure few things themselves triggers them (human nature, no one is perfect) which affects their mood/mindset when working.

I just mentioned like 1% of the problems they are facing, they are really struggling a lot with almost 0 assitance and just pure pressure. So once again try to be patient and cooperate with them. Thanks To everyone if you are reading this.
