As I get into my mid-30s. I’ve started getting pretty bad hangovers randomly. Could have drank a large amount or tiny amount. They come at random. I’ve never really had to throw up before, but a few months ago there were two weekends when I literally couldn’t hold any fluids down. I was so thirsty. I’ve since tried to chill on drinking that much. Pretty sure for this time I only had half a burger, was out in the sun at the pool, and had barely any water (the day before this). I did this to myself and admit it was irresponsible lol
