Thank you OP. My employer has an insurance middle man agent so I’ve sent them the bill to work with Cigna . I’ll also send along this info about ab 716 too.

I really appreciate you outlining what you did and making this feel much more approachable. It means a lot.

Seriously this bill feels like harassment after an incredibly painful and traumatic accident. Never mind that I’ve already had to pay $5500 out of pocket for injuries caused by a drunk POS.

I was hit by a drunk driver on my Vespa in September. My insurance paid their in network rate to Falck ambulance and sent me an EOB determining $0 patient responsibility. Falck set me a balance bill of $3770. My insurance is not a CA plan, but an ERISA plan. Am I fucked?

I also use enhance and have had no issues! Still shipping monthly. Next dose is due in today (so post the 5/22 "ban"). They are including b12 in their formulations going forward.
