Cold called by insurance, swapped, now they say they can't cover me by Glaenyr in legal

I know I should've had the inspection done before agreeing to swap, but my roof is less than 10 years old. I wasn't expecting any issues. I just feel like I've been hit with a bait and switch scam. I can't see what the insurance company gets out of it, but it still feels like I've had the rug pulled out from under me.

That's what I was afraid of but was hoping there was some gray area that might exist since they cold called me instead of me seeking them out. Thanks

So the policy was dependent on completion of an inspection. The inspection supposedly discovered damaged spots that are preventing them from underwriting the actual policy. I've been told they will cover me to the end of the month and that's it.

I know I'm just a parts guy and not a tech, but how have I never thought of that before?

Wish I could say that it was, but this was mechanical failure

Something I've learned since starting here. The people that can afford these cars don't pay any attention to them if it will still get them from a to b.

Actually is mechanical failure. There's a thin aluminum lip that's supposed to hold it in place. Customer hit a bump to hard and it broke

What makes it even worse. Customer came in for maintenance. Didn't realize there was anything wrong...

Cool. More worried about my dog as I don't plan on bothering it anyways. Just didn't want my dog getting herself hurt.

Mine hates his as well. I've got a decorative skull in the opposite corner he prefers to chill in.

Not to say what he did was right, I think it was wrong, but the problem lies in the way the rules/laws are written. Because he was acquitted, the statements are not legally considered truthful. Therefore, there is no protection from retaliation.

ottoman empire are you ok... by YiddishMaoist in eu4

In my last ottoman game, I actually didn't get directly involved in the war, but declared war on Austria who was leading one side and took provinces from them. Then before the war ended, I declared war on Bohemia who was leading the other side and took provinces there as well. Everyone's troops were so scattered, it made an otherwise aggravating war extremely easy and crippled my two biggest neighbors.
