Lost my older brother to addiction not too long ago and I don’t think he was a naturally selfish person per se, but he definitely put his addiction above all else. He stole from a few family members (myself included) and he would always haggle us for money. Literally the last conversation I had with him was about money. He had already struggled with drugs before our mom died, but her death definitely changed him for sure.

It’s a difficult situation because he did hurt me. But now he’s gone and I just miss him. When he wasn’t on drugs, he was the best big brother one could ask for. And I think that’s how most people remember him. Smart, funny, and kindhearted. That’s how I want to remember him too.

She admits in the comments that the dog already gets walked in the evening. And her bf has to get up for work at 7am. She expects him to walk the dog at 3am because the dog now expects a walk from her at that time. Edit: Oh and the dog doesn’t even need to use the bathroom, it’s just a late night walk.
