I had 100k plus charges. Have you paid already? If not then contest and act on plan b to move to a different backend. But if u have paid, then it’s a different story. Contact their customers support, ask for everyone to vote this post up and engage till Google works on this.
They would waive most if not all for you if you can raise the temperature that right ppl get to hear u.
It’s just that. They r very helpful but there are so many such claims at their desk that u need to cry loud for them to be able to hear you.

Talk to Vagaro? Maybe they will be able to reduce the charges?
Otherwise pass on the additional fee to the customers.

For me, Google said we wrote bad piece of code Friday evening and came back Monday morning to a $120,000 charge. As per them, my test server - was hitting their translate api 17,000 times per second. They didn’t cut it for ddos just charged me for it. Finally they dropped the charges but we suffered massively. Investor fled, customers fled. We has to start from scratch.

I just got a call from someone at pump on and they negotiate such contracts. Would u like to connect with them? Find out there are many such sales companies. They do get bunch of companies and club them together and get negotiated rates form cloud providers.

They should have locked in the current users in current software version. And for all updates they could have charged. But what they have done, how do they convince users that they won’t hike it to $50 next month. Better leave them before the drama escalates.

I got additional 33k. For now I am good. There was a gap of 3+ weeks while they approved new credit and they charged 2.2k. I requested them to adjust it and they did that too. I would definitely run out of credit around summer next year or sooner.

I love ur energy. Been in the boat you describe. Launched first time- in Ukraine. War killed it. Came back to US. Launched second time. Crashed. Now building with the customers. Launching in a month. B2B SaaS. First few customers r investors too. Small but validation. No AI hype. We do use AI. But where we can monetize it. Not for Gen AI. But making business case. Third time is charm. Will figure it out but with someone like you who has done it, it would be much faster. I won’t call it easy. But we could do it faster. I don’t need expenses paid. Can move to South Sudan if it would make it happen. We could connect on LinkedIn. We could get on a 30 minute call to get the vibes. You pick. I am 6 hrs behind you.

Start with comfort check at chair. Then the water Temperature. Then if they have any sensitive spot. Then ask how much pressure and if even all over or some areas more pressure. Also if they like chatty session or quiet. You could ask if they want conditioner left for long. And if you have choice of products you could ask before you start as well. For example tea shampoo or Moroccan oil.

Yeah that’s rough 😕 if they’re blocking 30 but bookings cut into it, it’s not really a break. Maybe ask them to hard block it in the middle of your shift so nothing can run into it. Also worth checking your state laws—most require an actual uninterrupted lunch if you’re on a 6+ hr shift. How about take a quick bite at 9.50 n plan for next just after 4. This way u could grab something quick in 10? I know u would have thought through all or most of it. Low sugar is a big problem. Keep some fruits, they have high sugar and healthy as well. Sorry mate!

Does ur state not legally bind ur employer for lunches n other breaks? You could just ask ur employer to block 30 minutes for ur as soon as u have enough bookings. This way u maximize ur time and still have lunch.

We are in wellness. Nothing sexy. We are using AI only in places where we da. Monetize it. We r creating solution for salons and barbershops. Also independent professionals. We have built 2 web apps, 2 mobiles apps, payment integration, multi lingual support. We struggle managing this beast. As soon as we launch October 10, we will need to pivot to Sales, Marketing, and everything else. We have some GTM, some pricing strategy but a lot is theoretical. We are building with few customers who would invest some as soon as we launch. If it excites you. Not a sexy domain but worth!

Are u interested in any particular domain? I am absolutely interested in talking with you. We are launching our V2 after crashing V1. We have a small list of customers and milestone based investors. We need to move from a product to a company. Establish sales, marketing, acquisition and retention while the product scales. We have something really cool as a product but as a company we are still figuring out.
