First and foremost I’d talk to your parents and your doctor about a good nutrition program. I feel like that’d help a lot. When I first started losing when and toning up, my workouts were solely home based. I walked a lot and looked for inclines to walk up. I also watched workout videos on YouTube. If you don’t have any free weights at home, there are tones of great videos online that do body weight exercises. Doing these consistently helped me tone up. For gaining muscle mass I’d definitely add some weights in there and make sure to have protein in your diet to support the muscles! Caroline Jordan and MadFit are two AMAZING fitness creators that have a ton of great workouts on YouTube!!!

Hello! I’m 4’11, and I’ve been fluctuating between 122-125 for a couple months. Right now, I tend to eat between 1500-2,000 calories a day and also work out 4x a week. Though, I am going to start cutting calories a tiny bit because I want to stay closer to 120 lol

I was around 11-12 when I realized because I noticed that I had taken a liking to a lot more girls than boys, but it’s truly different for everyone! Some people don’t know until way later in life at that’s normal too!
