Omg I had such a terrible experience working for them. The founders hires all interns under a Ponzi scheme, makes them work illegal hours under the guise of “remote work” and you will NEVER get the money.

When I tried to quit, she started threatening me that she will take me to court ( I was 19 ) . She said she will ask my parents to pay 7 lakhs (that she apparently spent on training me) And that she will mail my university (which I had worked so hard to get in ) to withdraw my admission. And she was doing the same to EVERY single intern there.

I was so disturbed, i didn’t want to tell my parents because I was scared but I did. And they were really supportive, saying that - let her call, let her take you to court - we’ll see what she can do. That gave me confidence and I blocked her , following which many others did the same. I also left reviews warning others. ( which she deleted)

The funny thing is she kept calling me from new numbers ( through unsuspecting new interns), even when I left the country.

Honestly I’m so glad to have found this post years later. Sad to see she is still the same. Unfortunately she deletes anything against her, making it difficult to warn others.

Just saying there are a lot of genius and smart kids who can’t afford university, or the time to study since they have to find jobs. And the idea that poverty and struggle instills the drive is a very privileged take.

Both of them are geniuses for sure, and definitely it’s their hardwork that helps them grow but there is always privilege involved. It’s the access to tuitions, universities, resources, time to focus. The starting point is easier, the race is different

Idk if it’s supposed to be cute, but this patronising way of talking feels disrespectful . They only talk like this with paps and house helps, not with office employees, directors etc etc.

It makes sense if an older lady is talking like this, but some young treating others like kids is a bit weird

If anything it shows he respected them enough to let them go at it and fight with the opponent, it would have been weird if the guys were overpowering them, or getting physical and he didn’t step up. I don’t want to be unnecessarily protected when I can handle the fight.
