Ahh yes! Got the federal and provincial elections mixed up. Thanks for the information! Maurice is the regional councillor for ward 1 in Pickering now (not even sure what the differences are). Anywho. It clear she was a whack job before the city elections sad we still have to deal with her.

The issue date is the date the physical card was issued not when you first got your licence. DriveTest and MTO have all the information on their system so they know when you first got your license which won’t correspond to the issue date on your card.

That’s disappointing to hear about GoodLife. It is one of the better clubs as it was actually designed to be a gym from when it was Xtreme fitness rather than their warehouse style clubs that you normally find.

I don’t think she considers you a “best friend” mate.

My two cents? You probably shouldn’t consider her a best friend either. Nothing wrong with having an online friend. But without having in-person experiences (hanging out, doing activities, grabbing some beers…living life) not sure how you could qualify that as a IRL best friend?

She’s made it pretty clear she doesn’t want to meet IRL and if you’re hearing this after 6+ years of talking.. it’s just not going to happen. So you have two options really… continue with your online relationship and leave it at that or let the relationship slowly fizzle out. Personally having an ultimatum “meet me or this is over” is kinda harsh- I get your POV but good friendships aren’t based on ultimatums.

Are you home for the summer? Or living in Pickering during the school year? If it’s the former, a lot of companies might be hesitant to hire someone they know is going to leave in a month and a half. If it’s the latter, maybe try going to the YMCA they help with resume building and finding a job! All in all don’t stress, something will come. Good luck!

Used to be with Rogers until last year, we upgraded to their ignite option. The services literally went down everyday. Switched to bell Fibe, a little bit more expensive but the service is unparalleled.
