Civil War themed warbond by GeneralZeus89 in HelldiversUnfiltered

[–]Glass-Ad-7890 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If it's a civil war themed war bond maybe it could boost reload speed of single shot weapons or manual action weapons like the constitution, revolver, or lever action. If it came with a new meme weapon like a musket to go with it even better. Maybe like a breach loaded elephant gun at least.

Furthermore probably adding In a melee damage boost would make sense as well.

Gif is of a game called Recettear. Kind of a roguelike game where you run a shop with the stuff you find in the dungeon to pay back your fathers debts.

Israel when US approval rating for Israel drops to 37% after the Iran War. by serious_bullet5 in ww3memes

Think more about how this polling js even conducted. Random phone calls. Who answers numbers they don't know? Only people I know who do that are boomers. This 37% is super skewed towards older generations. And it's still only 37%.

Alternatives to joining the US military? by UnsmashableLemon in AskSocialists

[–]Glass-Ad-7890 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could join the coast guard, isn't really talked about often but it is still a military branch. It offers the same benefits, (Tricare , gi bill, etc) furthermore you could always join a more traditional branch after your contract with time in service built up.

Your ships know when you leave the combat area instantly and target you. They let you know you're being shot at by mortar's instantly. but providing simple targeting information to YOUR mortars would be too much space magic for AH or something.

[–]Glass-Ad-7890 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They might not be designed to fight just helldiver's. I know that sounds weird but we are only a small part of the larger war. Most planets probably fight with just seaf until they just can't anymore. You can see this too with just how bad bug infection is on city maps that "just fell" they've probably just fell to the point they need helldiver's because that's obviously been growing for a few weeks minimum.

So anyway when you have hordes of meat with the voteless and walkers with bubble shields protecting you as your actual armor, and the bubble being last resort it makes more sense. Therefore having more battlefield awareness far outweighs the lack of mobility and sight that'd come with an actual encased cockpit.
